This case study delves into how we transformed a newly acquired, under-construction apartment into a dream home for our client, aligning with their lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.

Welcome to our latest project!

Our client had recently purchased an apartment that was still under construction. They envisioned this empty canvas to be transformed into a home that not only meets their needs but also reflects their personal style and standards.

To align with the client’s lifestyle and personal style, we opted for an architectural design that combines clean, simple lines and shapes with contrasting colors and finishes. The objective was to create an inviting environment, that is calm and relaxing for our client and that also frames the beautiful views offered by the apartment.

Clean, simple lines, forms, and shapes to provide a sleek and modern look. A monochromatic color scheme was used in combination with warm wood to offer a balanced and harmonious atmosphere. Smooth textures and simple patterns were added to give depth without overwhelming the space. Atmospheric lighting was strategically placed to enhance the mood and functionality of each room. The masculine design approach was softened by incorporating modern materials and fine detailing, ensuring that functionality and aesthetics coexist in a soothing and timeless space.
