The Pure Elegance Apartment.

Thrilled to present our latest project, a home design of pure elegance! STIRIXIS Exclusive was asked to design and decorate the apartment, to cater the needs of a modern family living abroad until now, this floor apartment is located in the southern district of Athens, close to the sea and next to a lovely green hill, with a wonderful view of both.

The project consisted of a kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, living room design, kitchen design, bathroom design, while also bedroom design for all the family members. Apart from the apartment renovation, the whole interior decoration was also a result of the collaboration with the clients.

The proximity of the apartment to the sea and the bright sunny weather of the southern suburbs of Athens led us to emphasize these elements, natural light and the wonderful view in the design. Together with the elegant simplicity of life that one enjoys in the southern parts of Athens, they became the main thematic aspect of our design, making sure our bespoke design answered all the needs and wants of the family.

The main area is open, spacious, and relaxing, and includes a living room and a dining room,
separated by a low bespoke furniture piece, with the kitchen taking up the side corner.
By incorporating the cooking area at an “island counter” in the open kitchen we created an everyday center point around which everyone can enjoy the company of friends, even if they remain in the dining room or living room.

The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet with ample storing space, along with a bathroom for two persons. The bed is strategically placed in the center of the room, to enjoy the best moments of the day, with natural light coming in and a view to the front part of the bathroom through a glass wall.

We completed the design of the apartment with the playroom/TV room next to the children’s bedroom, which includes a comfortable sofa, allowing privacy during screening times, and an area designated for child’s play or for some quiet time for those who wish to withdraw from the main area.

The choice of low furniture placed in the main rooms serves a double purpose: it never obstructs the light, or the view of the green hill next door and keeps the style of the apartment elegant and simple.
