A very important distinction received by the President and CEO of STIRIXIS Group, Alex Athanassoulas and the Vice President and Executive Director Elena Athanassoulas-Kyrnassiou, at a prestigious, honorary ceremony.

The owners of the apartment trusted STIRIXIS Exclusive’s experts to redesign the newly acquired asset in southern Athens and create an amazing environment for their family. The total renovation of the apartment consisted of the creation of an open, spacious, and relaxing environment that includes a unified living room and dining room, with the kitchen taking up the side corner. The inner rooms of the apartment consist of the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, the kid’s room, and a playroom.
The design of the apartment follows a minimalist line with signature furniture pieces, representing the aesthetics of its owners- simplicity, sophistication, and charm. All built-in furniture is custom made, all materials, and finishes were proposed by our designers, all loose furniture and decorative items were selected in close collaboration with the client.
By submitting this project, STIRIXIS Exclusive competed against the best property professionals across Europe region to be recognised in the Interior Design category. The European Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized program throughout the region. We feel this is a very important recognition as the projects are judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament and the overall judging process focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
